How long does shipping take? ▼
All MacroAtoms builds ship within 3-5 business days after order confirmation. Custom builds may take 7-10 business days for assembly and testing. We ship continental US only via FedEx or UPS. You'll receive tracking info via email once your order ships.
What's your return policy? ▼
We offer a 30-day return window on all pre-built systems and peripherals. Custom builds are eligible for return if reported within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in original packaging and undamaged. See our

Do you offer a warranty? ▼
Yes! Every MacroAtoms system comes with a 2-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects and component failures. Extended warranty options are available at checkout. See our

Can I customize a pre-built system? ▼
Absolutely! Our pre-built systems are great starting points, but you can request custom modifications through our Custom Build form on the homepage. We'll work with you to spec exactly what you need.
Do you ship internationally? ▼
Currently, we only ship within the continental United States. We're working on expanding to more regions — sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know when we add new shipping zones.
What payment methods do you accept? ▼
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, and Affirm financing for qualifying orders over $500.
My PC won't turn on. What should I do? ▼
First, check that the power switch on the back of the power supply is in the "I" (on) position, not "O". Make sure the power cable is firmly connected. If it still won't start, contact our support team and we'll walk you through troubleshooting or arrange a repair.
