Every MacroAtoms build comes with a comprehensive 2-year warranty that covers parts, labor, and shipping for repairs. If something fails, we fix it. Period.

• Full parts coverage — we replace failed components at no cost
• Labor included — no diagnostic or repair fees
• Return shipping covered — we send you a prepaid label
• No deductible — zero out-of-pocket for covered claims

Return Policy

• 14 days for unopened, unused items in original packaging
• Custom builds are non-returnable but fully warrantied for defects
• Opened items may be subject to a 15% restocking fee
• Refunds processed within 5-7 business days of receipt

How to File a Claim

1. Email Support@macroatoms.com with your order number
2. Describe the issue — our team will troubleshoot with you
3. If repair is needed, we'll send a prepaid shipping label
4. We'll repair or replace and ship back within 5-7 business days
