We currently ship within the continental United States only. All orders are shipped via FedEx or UPS with tracking and insurance included.

Shipping Rates

Processing Time

• Pre-built systems: Ship within 3-5 business days
• Custom builds: Allow 7-10 business days for assembly and testing
• Peripherals & accessories: Ship within 1-3 business days

Packaging

All systems are double-boxed with custom foam inserts to protect your build during transit. We've shipped thousands of PCs and our damage rate is under 0.5%.

Returns

We want you to love your MacroAtoms build. If something isn't right, here's how returns work:

Return Window

• Pre-built systems: 30 days from delivery
• Custom builds: 14 days from delivery
• Peripherals & accessories: 30 days from delivery (unopened)

How to Initiate a Return

• Email Support@macroatoms.com with your order number and reason for return
• We'll send you a prepaid return shipping label
• Pack the item in its original packaging (or as close as possible)
• Drop it off at the nearest FedEx/UPS location

Refund Timeline

Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items damaged by misuse, modification, or unauthorized repairs
• Software licenses or digital products
• Items returned without original packaging (subject to restocking fee)

Restocking Fee

Returns of non-defective items may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Defective items are returned at no cost.
