How long does a custom build take?+

Most custom builds ship within 5-7 business days after order confirmation. Rush builds are available for an additional fee.

Do you ship internationally?+

Currently we ship to the continental US only. We're working on expanding to Canada and the EU in 2025.

What's your return policy?+

We offer a 14-day return window for unopened items. Custom builds are non-returnable but covered under our 2-year warranty for defects.

Can I upgrade my build later?+

Absolutely. Every MacroAtoms build is designed with upgrade paths in mind. We can recommend compatible upgrades anytime.

Do you offer financing?+

We accept all major credit cards and PayPal. Affirm financing is coming soon.
